This Christmas, we are proud to be offering free home delivery for our Christmas orders from the Deli. Our in-house chefs have put together an exceptional selection of key Christmas products that will make hosting an absolute breeze! Each item is made to order, perfectly prepared and will be delivered fresh to your door in a Boatshed cooler bag.

There is a minimum order amount to the value of $100.
Our orders will close once we have reached capacity or by Sunday, 19 December 2021.

Stuffed Turkey Breast with Cranberry & Brie
Fresh cranberries &, triple cream brie are blended together and encased in local WA turkey breast and rolled. The end result is a succulent, easy to carve rolled turkey breast that is a real crowd pleaser! Accompanied by a 200 ml jar of our house-made traditional cranberry sauce. Serves 6 -8 and made to order by our chefs.
Crispy Roast Pork Belly with Apricot, Pistachio & Seeded Mustard
Crispy roast Mt Barker Plantagenet pork belly – expertly rolled and filled with our classic house-made mixed herb, apricot & pistachio stuffing. The end result is a succulent piece of pork with a perfectly cooked & enviably crunchy pork crackling! Accompanied by a 200 ml jar of our house-made apple sauce made using locally grown Granny Smith apples. Serves 6 -8 and made to order by our chefs.
Roasted Whole Tasmanian Salmon Fillet with Teriyaki Glaze.
A perfectly flaky and tender salmon dish that is glaze with our house-made teriyaki & sesame seed glazed and roasted to perfection. Pairs well with our Broccolini, Courgette & Asian Greens Salad. Serves 8 -10 and made to order by our chefs.
Baked Whole Tasmanian Salmon Fillet with Lemon & Herb
A whole side of Tasmanian salmon that has been baked to perfection with lemon, crispy capers and finished with a micro herb garnish and house-made tartare sauce. Serves 8 -10 and made to order by our chefs.
Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Whole cauliflower that has been slow roasted with a garlic & mixed herb crust. It is a healthy option that is crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. Please specify in the special request area upon checkout if you require a gluten free option. Serves 4-6 as a side dish.
Stuffed Butternut Pumpkin
Whole, slow roasted butternut pumpkin that has been stuffed with layers of capsicum, spinach & feta. Serves 4 - 6 as a side dish.
